Rich Brady triathlon coach

Pheonix from the flames

After 7 years working full time for Welsh Triathlon as the Performance Development Coach, I have decided to embark on a new direction and get back to the coaching that I love and enjoy the most.

During my time with Welsh triathlon I am proud to be able to say that I have helped to put Wales firmly on the world triathlon map, with Welsh junior athletes racing at Youth Olympics, World and European Championships and athletes winning several British Championships medals in every one of those 7 years. I’ve also played a small part helping our Olympic girls, Non Stanford and Helen Jenkins. I’ve learned a lot from from them both, mostly that hard work and dedication gets you the results, not a magic session or being labelled talented.

This now means is that I have space to coach a few athletes, to motivate and inspire to achieve their best performance, whether you are just starting out in the sport or looking to smash a PB. If you are interested get in touch via the contact page.

I’m planning to get some regular coached session happening in South Wales, one of which hopefully will be at the National Lido in Pontypridd, which is one of the best pools I’ve swum in, especially when its sunny. I am also working on other venues and supporting local clubs for other sessions. I’ll be updating this on Facebook, Twitter and the website with any updates.

Get in touch and start the journey to being your best.
